There are tons of free self-care and personal development resources out there, so you might be asking yourself, why pay for it?
This is self-care with a substance. I’m not going to lie, a lot of the content on self-care is fluff. You can read nice articles telling you to “make yourself a priority,” but how? "Treat yourself to a pedicure," but why? The goal in the Whole Happy is to shift your mindset and habits so you can quit living for weekends, hiding out at the grocery store and filling your empty space with food, shopping, and Netflix.
This isn't advice, it's a program. The lessons in the Whole Happy aren’t random bits of advice. They are integral parts of my proprietary self-care system that I created after years of experience coaching hundreds of people. Over the course of a year you will apply the three tenets of self-care (nurture, protect and care) to your whole being (heart, body, mind and spirit). When you do that, big things happen.
